We stayed two nights at this lovely, family-run boutique hotel, a short walk from Quito’s historical centre. The room was quiet, very clean, and well equipped, with a comfortable bed and high-quality linen. The staff were professional, polite, and accommodating, and made an effort to meet our needs. They also gave us useful suggestions for sights around Quito and places to eat. Many thanks to Marielle, Diego, and Fred for a wonderful stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We stayed in the luxury room and loved how comfortable the bedding was. The housekeeping was great, and everything from the amenities and food to the staff made a strong impression. The family-owned feel comes through, and nearly everyone we met was kind and helpful. The owner was ready to hear any requests and do what they could to accommodate them. The location is ideal for walking around the colonial district. We travel a lot, and this was as good a stay as we’ve had anywhere. We’ll stay here again when we return to Quito. Don’t miss this gem.

We liked it so much that we stayed here both at the start and the end of our trip. The breakfast was delicious and the people were lovely. Fantastic hotel, highly recommend.

A comfortable hotel with a lot of history, close to Alameda metro station. It’s convenient for visiting the historic areas and downtown market, though the area isn’t considered safe after dark. There are some nice vegetarian restaurants nearby.

The building is historic and right in old Quito, but the rooms and service feel top notch. We had a larger room with a lovely tub and a king-size bed. Make time for the daily breakfast options, and ask the staff what you can do to get the most out of your stay. Everyone was kind and accommodating.
