I was glad to leave. The room faced the front of the building, and noise carried from 6am until 11pm. The bedroom window opened, but although it had secondary glazing, the outer part wouldn’t shut. There was no running water when we arrived at night. They fixed most of it the next morning, but not the sink. The kitchenette was ridiculous: just a worktop and sink, with a hole where the hob had been. There was one kitchen knife, 2 glasses, and not even a plate. The shower door wouldn’t close, so the floor got soaked, and plaster was coming off the ceiling.

The city views at night are gorgeous, and the rooms are really nice. You can walk to Quicentro Mall and La Carolina Park. The only thing I missed was a microwave in the room. Otherwise, perfect.

The location was good, and the girl at the front desk was nice and helpful, but the rooms were extremely basic and old. They look nothing like the pictures posted by the hotel, which made me wonder if those images were generated by AI. We were told renovations are underway. I hope that’s true, but I wouldn’t advise staying until the work is finished.

The suite was very comfortable, and the views were stunning. Staff were so accommodating and helpful, and management gave us a warm welcome. I was surprised there were no kitchen supplies. We didn’t need them, but they could matter for people staying longer.

The room was cold because a couple of the windows had been forced open. There also wasn't the bathtub I was promised.
