Really well situated near the bus terminal and airport. We arrived today, and the front desk staff were great. We rang the doorbell and someone answered within 3 seconds. The rooms are a great size, very clean, and have a comfortable bed!

The rooms are very new and clean, and the building was completed in mid 2024. It’s about a 5 minute walk to a large nearby mall with a food court, and I can recommend it for a quick layover to or from Galapagos. The hotel itself is kind of strange, though. It’s a 15 minute walk from GYE airport, and check-in is at 2pm. I arrived at 2:30pm, but the doors were closed, so I had to ring the bell. Someone answered in a minute, then I showed my ID, filled out a form, got the keys, and was told to leave them at the front desk whenever I go out. They didn’t say where the room was or give me the wifi details, none of the usual customer service info. You can only leave or enter through the entrance when the front desk buzzes you in. If they step away, you can’t get out until they come back.

This was my second week-long stay, and I had no problems. The area is safe, with parking in a garage and staff there 24/7. It’s within walking distance of mal del sol. The room was very comfortable, with air conditioning, wifi, hot water, and privacy.

Everything was extremely clean, the room was very comfortable, and the receptionist gave exceptional service. A luxurious experience, 100% recommended.
