The rooms and location may be good, but the way I was treated ruined all of that. Customer service was terrible. The receptionist and the woman handling billing both left a lot to be desired. They were rude and aggressive instead of welcoming, always defensive, and never tried to solve the problem. They just looked for someone to blame. I was exhausted and wanted to rest, as some travelers do, and expected decent service. I left with a terrible impression of the business and the people there. Is this how they treat tourists? Maybe their other customers or fellow countrymen are used to this unfriendly, defensive attitude, but I wasn't. Keep it up and your business will skyrocket 😉. I'll never stay there again.
