The landlords were fantastic, friendly, and helpful. If you need a ride from Villa to the airport, ask them to book a good driver for $5. There's a large grocery store a few blocks from the gate if you need food or anything else. The accommodation in Guayaquil is quiet and feels safe once you're through the gate.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with a good choice and everything well organized. The room was clean, comfortable, and kept up well. The staff made me feel welcome, and I felt completely safe while I was in Guayaquil. I had a cozy, pleasant stay and really enjoyed my time here. I'd definitely recommend it.

We felt welcome in Guayaquil, and our stay at villa 97 was really nice. The owner let us try 100% pure chocolate and kakao from their chocolate fabric, which you can visit. Breakfast was great too, with egg tortilla, fruit, yoghurt, coffee, and juice.

The rooms were comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the shower was wonderful. Staff were very friendly, and breakfast was delicious. It's also really well located, just 5 minutes from the airport and 3 minutes from a large shopping mall. Great place to stay!

The owner makes really tasty scrambled eggs. The room was nice and had A/C, and there's another shared space if you'd rather spend time outside your room. Everything was clean, and it's close to the airport.
