The rooms with a view look out over the city center, though they can be a bit noisy. There are quieter rooms without a view as well. It has private rooms and hot water, and I thought breakfast was good, even though it costs extra. The prices were reasonable, so I’d recommend it.

We had a nice view of the city park square, and the location was great. The room was decent, with a hot shower, and the staff were very friendly. They were happy to bring us bowls and hot water so we could make oatmeal in our room.

Juan and Alberto own the place, and they know a lot about Latacunga and Cotopaxi province. Juan was one of the first guides for Cotopaxi volcano in Latacunga. It's a family business that's been around for 50 years. I stayed for two weeks and loved having breakfast every day. The hosts really made the difference, going out of their way to welcome us and provide great spaces for dining and meeting. Great value, too.

You're right in the middle of Latacunga, with an awesome view from the window. The staff were super friendly, and there’s luggage storage, which was handy for leaving our bags while doing the Quilotoa Loop. The beds and shower were really comfortable too. I'd recommend it if you're coming to Latacunga.

The bathrooms could look better. The towels weren't quite adequate, and the shower curtains and hot water were poor.
