The staff were nice, but the breakfast was mediocre. My room was tiny and cold, and there was no way to warm it up. There wasn't even a socket at the desk for my laptop. I won't be back.

The location right in central Loja made it easy to get to everything important. I found the staff attentive and friendly from the moment I arrived, and my room was clean, comfortable, and elegantly decorated, a good place to relax after exploring the city. The restaurant had local and international dishes, and breakfast was varied and served generously. I'd definitely come back. Grand Hotel Loja was perfect for my stay, with comfort and good service in a great spot.
