It wasn't a great stay. The water pressure in my room was low, and the TV remote couldn't turn the TV off. My parents' room also had no hot shower.

The location is the standout, very close to Loja's central park. It's a welcoming place and the prices are affordable.

The price is the best part, and the place feels like home. A great hostel to stay at, so don't hesitate to visit.

For $15 per person, the price is reasonable. It's centrally located near a pharmacy, a shop for essentials, and places selling food, clothes, and other things. The service is excellent and the place is very clean. There's hot water, cable TV, and WiFi too. Highly recommended.

The location is central, but the staff aren't suited to reception and guest service. Staff selection and supervision need attention.
