10/10
The reception staff were really kind and explained where it was okay to go for food and which areas to avoid. That helped us feel comfortable, especially since we were uneasy about the rough part of town and nearly didn't stay. There was an armed guard outside, and the parking felt very secure. The place was clean, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Our visit was brief but pleasant, and I couldn't find a real reason to avoid staying after all. The stairs could be a problem for someone with a disability. We'd stay again.

The room was comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well. Staff were helpful, and breakfast was decent, though the coffee was instant.

The facilities aren't the issue. It's the insecurity in the area that keeps you from relaxing and enjoying yourself, so I can't give it five stars.
