The employees deserve five stars for the great service they gave the whole time. A beautiful spot in the small town of Milagro.

The bathroom was very clean, but the receptionist didn't answer when we arrived for check-in. We waited three hours to be assigned a room.

Service and security were terrible. The worst hotel in Milagro.
