The staff are super friendly and nice, and overall the hotel was good. The room was clean, though the toilet didn’t work very well and there was barely any hot water for a shower.

The beach and restaurants are only 3-5 minutes away. Our room was large and clean, and having a kitchen in it was a real plus. Breakfast was included and very good. We had a very good stay, and the host was friendly and answered all our questions.

Owner Bobby is a great guy, and the place is clean and cozy. It’s about a five minute walk to the beach, with nice cafés and restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend it, especially for families.

This is about the hotel’s customer service, not the accommodations. I booked directly through the website, then had to cancel my travel plans. The owner acknowledged the cancellation and later said a refund was on the way, but then said deposits are never refunded for any reason. That policy is NOT CLEAR on the website right now, so buyer beware. If there’s any chance your plans could change, make sure you understand the deposit terms before booking.

After a long drive with four sleepy kids, we arrived at 11pm and left with nowhere to stay. We’d been quoted $30 a night per room for us and our friends, but the woman at the counter asked for more than $100 per room each night. I showed her my WhatsApp conversation with the owner confirming the rate just two hours earlier. She checked the price with someone on WhatsApp, then asked me to confirm it again. Once I got on WiFi, I watched the owner’s messages start disappearing from my phone. Shameful behavior. He eventually offered a rate twice as high, and we no longer wanted to stay. We found a comparable hotel with lovely staff who didn’t change the price at the last minute. This was one of the most upsetting and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a business.
