The food is top notch, and the rooms are very comfortable. I came with a group of volunteers to run medical clinics around Otavalo, and Cristina and the staff did a wonderful job looking after what we needed.

The hot tub was really good, and there’s safe parking too. It’s a clean, comfortable colonial hotel. I’d definitely recommend it!

I wasn’t staying at the hotel, but the staff kindly held my bag while I went to catch a bus from the nearby terminal.
