Adults and kids both had a great time here. You can pet and feed the animals, who are very well cared for, and there's a foam cannon at midday. We enjoyed it a lot. The staff were friendly and attentive to visitors.

Customer service and communication need a lot of work. I don't usually leave comments, but I was really annoyed that a message replying to my sister's social media review claimed we'd been given the information, even via WhatsApp. She showed evidence that this wasn't true. I'm writing this in the hope that the farm improves its overall communication and organization. The farm experience left a lot to be desired. On arrival, we were told there was a $2.50 charge for an animal-feeding basket on top of the entrance fee. I accepted that as their policy, but I think the basket should be included in the price. There are very few animals. They advertise face painting, a foam cannon, lemonade for children, and other things, but there was no face painting. We had to insist about the foam cannon before leaving, after another problem, and I'm not sure when it would have been turned on otherwise. They only have one power strip for both the foam cannon and the kitchen. It would help to have an activity schedule or tell customers when things happen. We were offered unlimited brunch/breakfast for a set price when we arrived. After talking it over, we chose it. I went to pay, but they said I could do that at the end. I asked three times how it worked. They said we could go to the brunch area and that at 12:30 pm they'd switch from breakfast food to lunch food. That seemed fine since we'd already eaten breakfast and didn't order anything. No one said they'd take away the lunch items at 12:30 pm and clear everything at 1:00 pm. We were told the regular menu would start at 1:00 pm, and when I asked, "But does the brunch continue?" they said yes. They should simply say that brunch/breakfast/lunch ends at 1:00 pm, put up an informative sign at the entrance, and make sure guests hear this when welcomed. None of that was done, and staff weren't clear. When I noticed they were removing the food and asked what was happening, they said the time was up. They offered, in a rude tone, to give us something "quickly, quickly" from what was stored or left over. I went to consult my family. The woman I thought might be in charge of the food followed me and started asking who had given me the information. An unfortunate argument followed between her and my family. I had to tell her three times not to worry, to drop it, and that I would leave. I later learned from someone replying to my sister's social media comment that this woman was the owner. We paid for the farm and the animal-feeding basket, then left. Obviously, I won't be returning. I hope they make improvements so other customers have a better experience.
It's a peaceful spot to visit with children, where they can enjoy nature. I really liked the place, though I wish there were more spaces for other animals.
A great place to spend time with little kids. There's a Spanish restaurant called Casa Altea with delicious food, plus animals, soccer, a foam cannon, swings, and hammocks.
We've come back for a second visit, and now they have a delicious brunch. It's excellent as always, and we love going there. The place is beautiful, with happy, well-cared-for animals, great for kids, and delicious top-notch food.
