Hotel Galapagos

I planned to stay a few nights and ended up extending for several more. I wish the other islands had hostels like this. It's close to the beach, wetlands trail, shops, food, and bars, and was more social than I expected. I met great guests and volunteers and spent my whole week hanging out with them. Bar beto was super fun, a beach bar by day and more like a discoteca at night. Miguel at reception was SUPER HELPFUL, well connected with the community, and always checking whether I needed anything. He helped arrange tours. The only small issue was spotty Wi-Fi in our room. Miguel was working on it while I was there, and the Wi-Fi was great in all the common areas. I hope to come back. Isabela is a beautiful island with a great community.

We had a great room on the top floor, number 11, with its own balcony. There was plenty of space, a comfy bed, and a nice breeze at night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a block from the beach and downtown. I'd definitely recommend it.

The staff and people here were so welcoming. The rooms were clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and it's just steps from the beach and town restaurants. Thanks for having us. I can't wait to come back!

The hostal is quaint and clean, and I really enjoyed staying here. The owner is super nice, open to feedback, and accommodating. She also owns the bar de Beto, where they organize activities. The beds were clean and comfortable, there was hot water, and luckily it was quiet. I recommend the hostal!
