Anabela and Maria were so friendly and helpful, and gave us great advice for our time in Quito, including recommendations for restaurants. We also really enjoyed chatting with them. The home-cooked breakfast was fantastic. This beautiful little boutique guesthouse feels homely, and it's in a good spot in the historic centre, within easy walking distance of Plaza Grande and Basilica. One of the best places we've stayed around the world. Highly recommend it for a stay in Quito.

The staff were all so friendly and made us feel at home, and the bed was great. We slept really well despite the jet lag. Casa Anabela is right in the heart of the old town, just a 5-10 minute walk to Basilica and independence square. The breakfast and airport shuttle were excellent too. It felt like a warm bath to stay here. I wouldn't hesitate to book, I don't think there's a better place to stay in Quito.

We left our luggage while we went off to the Amazon, and when we came back for another three nights, the welcome was wonderful. Maria, Lenin and Marie are so friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well placed for the historical centre. Breakfast is so good you won't go hungry. Lenin is a great driver and offers tours as well as airport pick-up and drop-off. Casa Anabela comes highly recommended. We couldn't fault a thing.

The house has unique architecture, and the team are lovely, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. Breakfast was very nice, and the location in old town Quito makes things easy to reach on foot or by taxi. This small boutique hotel is amazing and unique, everything you need for a memorable stay. We'd always come back and can only recommend it. Thanks to Maria and her team.
