We felt comfortable in our clean room, which had a good-sized bathroom and a lovely patio. The rooms are really distinctive, and the view is lovely too. Every morning brought a delicious homemade breakfast. The employees were so friendly and gave us a helpful rundown of things to do and places to eat during our short stay in Quito. Highly recommend!

The staff are friendly, and it's a pretty hotel in a good location. But the noise was really bad for me, so light sleepers will probably have trouble. The windows keep the street noise down, but the hollow, thin doors let you hear everything outside your room. If you're below the top floor, expect to hear people hauling themselves up the stairs and complaining about all the steps, even at night. I found the breakfast fine, though not as amazing as some other reviews made it sound. It only runs from 7:30-9:30am, which is a problem with early tours or flights. We only managed to catch it once in our three days.

The dining room has the best views in the city, and breakfast is delicious. The chef is also great about adjusting the food for dietary needs. It's a beautiful old building in a central spot for the old town, with friendly staff and well-appointed rooms. The stairs can be a lot at this altitude, but you acclimatise quickly. Highly recommend.

The rooms were clean and nice, and breakfast was amazing. The staff were very friendly and gave us lots of help with recommendations for places to eat and visit. Highly recommend this unique little Hotel.

We were welcomed when we arrived and got some great local recommendations. The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was superb. I loved the quiet location, which is still close to lots of great sites.
