The hotel, rooms, and service were all decent for the price. What made the stay frustrating was the noise early in the day. Sometimes people were already shouting, and at 8 a.m. they played the radio throughout the hotel. It wasn't even tuned properly, so the interference and crackling just became noise. Then, after around two hours, they'd turn it down or switch it off for a while. I don't get why they don't ask themselves whether guests want to hear music they may not like, or why everyone's rest has to fit the same schedule. It felt inconsiderate and lacking in respect and empathy. I'm amazed by situations like this, which show a serious lack of manners. Sadly, this sort of thing seems common in the country's society, in one form or another.

The rooms are nice, and the place is very clean. There's a terrace with a lovely view, plus a few restaurants nearby and a Gus Chicken three blocks away. Great place, highly recommended.

The reception staff are really friendly, and they let you use the kitchen and laundry. For the price, it's fine. Women should be careful around the area at night, though, since it feels a bit strange and dangerous.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The sheets were made of rough fabric, the shower wasn't dry, and the toilet seat covers were smeared with urine and feces. One morning, someone banged on the door for more than half an hour without anyone answering. I don't know what was going on, but I was scared they might break in and rob us.

The staff are very helpful and give directions to different places. If you ask ahead, they can also arrange a secure taxi from the terminal. It's a great place to stay, whether you're traveling alone or with family, and it's close to the historic center.
