The manager was really nice and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious, with something different each day. The neighborhood was pretty quiet, with restaurants, stores, and a park nearby. I had a great stay, and I'll definitely visit again when I return to Quito!

The room was mediocre and not very clean. There was noise from a loud TV, and getting even lukewarm water meant waiting 10 minutes and wasting a lot of water. Worse, they stole the sleeping bag we forgot in the room. It meant a lot to us and to us as trekkers. Don't stay here. SON LADRONES EN ESTE HOSTAL

Rest was difficult with noise through the thin walls, especially other guests going up and down the stairs and talking loudly at 4AM. The mattress was very firm, and there was no breakfast included because the chef was missing. The room did have a bed, some furniture, clean sheets, and a TV, but there were huge hairballs in the corners and mold everywhere. Its tiny window faced the inside of the hotel and couldn't be opened. The bathroom had no extraction fan and stayed humid, and the bedside lamps had no bulbs. Two stars is the most I can give.
