The room was quite noisy, the location wasn't good, and comfort was lacking. Still, it's a decent hotel for a short stay, with nice staff, good internet, and the option to pay by credit card.

Breakfast costs extra, but there are several restaurants nearby too. The hotel is really good, and the metro is very close. Five stars for a Quito stay.

I was completely disappointed. I booked a ground-floor room for my mom and me, and all five of us who slept there ended up covered in itchy rashes. The mattresses were worn out, and it seemed like the sheets weren't changed. If you're reading this, please find somewhere else to stay. 100% disappointed.
