The service is very good. I like staying here.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They helped me get a local SIM and found affordable transport for me when they could. There's also a nice dog. The neighborhood isn't Quito's best, but it's not too bad, and transport links make it easy to get around the city. For the budget price, it's a really good option.

It's exactly like the pictures, and I felt very comfortable thanks to the excellent service from the managers. Good restaurants and bars are close by.
