The surroundings were clean and felt safe. There was also a reception area staffed by an attendant.

The view and location are fantastic, and it's a shame because the apartment itself is beautiful. But almost everything seems broken or doesn't work: the bathroom light and all six lamps are out, the ironing board is broken, the washing machine doesn't work properly, the sofa is broken, and the doors and TV stand are coming apart. Kitchen utensils are very worn or broken too, and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The list of problems just goes on. The booking agent's communication was terrible. Sometimes I'd get a reply the next day, and sometimes no reply at all. For a night or two while passing through, it might be fine, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay like mine. They don't provide supplies for cleaning, including cleaning products, toilet paper, or trash bags. You have to buy everything for daily cleaning, since nobody comes to clean or offers a cleaning service.

The view is breathtaking, and the guards provide wonderful service. It's truly beautiful and I'd highly recommend it.

My family felt safe and comfortable the whole time in this clean apartment. It's in a great spot, close to everything, with good restaurants, the metro, and Mariscal Market all within walking distance, among other things.

For a short stay, this is an excellent spot in north central Quito. It's very close to everything.
