Eduardo went out of his way to make sure I was doing well. When the power went out, he lent me a fully charged power bank so I could keep my phone working, and he checked in over WhatsApp to see if I needed anything. I stayed at Kinde House for three nights, and it was lovely, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, and the service was excellent. They also thoughtfully handled my dietary restrictions as a vegetarian. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a welcoming stay with such caring service.

Eduardo was the kindest, most thoughtful host we met, and his advice and recommendations for things to do were wonderful. We also found the rooms and facilities very comfortable, and the breakfasts were delicious. This was easily our favorite place to stay in Ecuador. It’s a real jewel, don’t hesitate to book.

The location is great, close to Quito’s historic centre and surrounded by nice bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly and so helpful. We had trouble with our luggage, and the owner took care of all the communication for us, thank you! The rooms were quiet and clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good, with fresh bread, fruit, juice, and eggs.

After traveling through northern Peru and parts of Ecuador, this was the best place we stayed. We spent two nights here in May 2022. The hosts were lovely and always willing to help, the rooms were very clean, the showers hot, and breakfast delicious. The location is central without being right in the centre, where we might have felt unsafe. We walked around after dark and had no problems at all.

Eduardo and his family made us feel so welcome. The location is central, breakfast was great, and they even have laundry and parking. Everything was professional, friendly, and helpful. Thanks for a great stay.
