We found it clean and conveniently close to Place Foch, and the hotel feels small and welcoming. But there are maintenance problems that need attention. Our shower was broken, and they said the repair person wouldn't come until the following week.

The rooms were comfortable and fairly priced, and there’s a well-stocked minimarket on site along with a private garage. The hotel is in north-central Quito, just two blocks from the main road. Service was good, and the terraces have panoramic views of the surrounding area.

I only visited the restaurant downstairs, not the rooms. The food was delicious, the prices very reasonable, and the atmosphere was pleasant.

Right at Plaza Foch and close to everything, this is a comfortable place to stay at a reasonable price. The service sometimes feels less good than it used to after the change of ownership, but I still recommend it.
