The TV looked like it was from the 1980s, what a shame. The building is old and rundown, with worn carpet that smells bad, and the rooms have bare, cheap old furniture. The electric shower is cold and doesn't work well. It's right off a main, noisy Quito road and costs more than 99% of apartments in Quito. This place is a scam, the owner just wants your money. BEWARE.

For six months, I lived in a studio at the Maywa Suites and had no complaints at all. It's well managed by great people, and communication was excellent. My view of the volcano and Quito's dramatic skies was fantastic. A supermarket is really close, and Plaza Foch is about a 10-minute walk away.

This will be my go-to place whenever I visit Quito. The location is perfect and all the facilities are included. The host is kind and available to help 24/7. It definitely works for a longer stay, and I'm looking forward to coming back.

The location is good, but the street is noisy because it's close to an office area, and other guests were noisy too. There aren't rules in place to make sure people can rest. The facilities are very old, including the TV and electric shower, which are over 30 years old, and the furniture is poor quality. I wouldn't recommend staying long term.
