The management are wonderful and ready to help with anything you need. Location is perfect, close to everything, with all kinds of restaurants and lounges just a two-minute walk away. This place is a gem.

I was stranded at the airport in the middle of the night, and this was one of the only places open and accepting guests. They were so accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was great, they let me check out later, and when I returned for the hat I'd forgotten, they had it waiting for me. Thanks for such a good experience!

Miguel, the owner, was always on site and made sure I had everything I needed. He even helped set up my cell phone after I couldn't make calls to the USA. The area is very central, close to attractions, restaurants, and Quito's lively nightlife. There's a restaurant on the first floor and a bar with plenty to keep me interested; the food is five stars. The accommodations were clean and safe, and hot water was always available for every shower. I'd stay here on my next visit to Quito, Ecuador.

I can only speak for the restaurant, and it was lovely. The food was delicious, the atmosphere charming, and the service attentive. It's hard to find and even harder to notice it's open, but the effort is worth it for a fantastic meal.

The setting felt like a step back in time, and the atmosphere was really neat. The food was authentic Ecuadorian. I'd go back anytime!
