We went for a full-day company event, so I can't comment on the rooms. There was plenty to do, with indoor and outdoor pools, slides, fun decor, a mini soccer field, volleyball courts, and activities for kids, including an arcade and playroom. Adults had karaoke, a bar, a craft beer bar, pool tables, and other options. You can buy or rent swimwear there. The staff were friendly, though the service could use some improvement.

Admission to the San Rafael pool is $7 for adults and $4 for children. There are two indoor pools, one with a slide, plus an outdoor pool suited to small kids. You can also use the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi, or play basketball, football, or volleyball outside. There’s a restaurant on site. Even after recent improvements, some of the facilities feel a little worn.

Lots of spots to enjoy here, and we had a really good day with family. The staff helped us with everything. Great for kids, couples, or friends too. I’d recommend it 100%.

The rooms feel cramped and have no ventilation. There is a pool, but it closes at 5 pm, so you can't swim at night.

I wouldn't recommend spending your money or time here. It was the worst place to stay, with very rude, irresponsible people, dirty conditions, and prices that were way too high.
