The owner was warm and helped us with everything we needed, and I felt right at home. It’s close to the city center and nightlife, yet in a safe neighborhood. I stayed a couple of days and had no complaints. The price was especially good since I found a deal online. I’d definitely recommend it.

Good value, with a clean room and your own toilet and shower. Fresh food and salad are available at a fair price, which was a nice change when I’d had enough of the tourist dishes around the area.

Every day brought a different tasty breakfast, and the room was cleaned daily. The owner is kind and does his best to keep guests happy, and he has a lovely family too. It’s worth the price. If you’re looking for a good hostel, {imperial hostel} is a good choice ^_^

The room was clean and the price was fine, but the receptionist came across cold and unfriendly. I felt as if I was bothering him whenever I spoke to him. Before my afternoon flight, I asked to leave my luggage and was quoted $5, which surprised me since hostels usually do that for free. When I came back after 5 pm, he wanted $7 instead. I felt ripped off.

I paid $36 for one night in a double room, which felt a little pricey. Still, the location near Plaza Foch is handy for nightlife, while being far enough away for a good night's sleep. The service was incredibly friendly, and both the Wi-Fi and hot water were excellent. The room's decor looked a bit dated, though nothing major. Highly recommended.
