The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant, facilities, and rooms were comfortable, clean, and nice. It made for a wonderful stay in Quito, with a pretty central location.

Outside the hotel, the bars stayed loud until around 3 am, and locals kept warning me to be careful in this part of town. I was told bringing someone back after meeting them in the city would cost $25 if they stayed more than 20 minutes. Some might call that a pimp fee. I moved to another hotel. The bald man at the front desk was the one friendly person there. He was awesome and seemed to feel bad.

A solid option that keeps up the 4-star standard. I use it for client meetings and sometimes arrange for clients to stay there. It used to be part of the Radisson chain. Recommended.
