The staff are very attentive, the owner is friendly, and the atmosphere feels lovely and relaxing. The rooms are simple and nice. Still, during this second stay, the room wasn't cleaned at all over three days and two nights, the pool didn't look clean, and the second floor had weak water pressure. They need to address those things. My first stay in 2019 was excellent. If they improve the issues from this visit, it would be a good accommodation option.

The owners and staff provide incredible service, and room service comes at no extra cost. They have what you need at a great price. I highly recommend the place for families and friends.

Guests have to leave through a large gate because the pedestrian door doesn't work, and the service isn't friendly. If you've paid in advance but arrive and don't like the hotel, there's a $20 USD fee to get your money back. A lot needs improvement.
