The dancing afterward was fun and the atmosphere picked up, but that didn't make up for a disastrous New Year's Eve dinner. At €80 per person, we expected a special meal, and the food and service fell far short. The waiters did try to help as best they could. The problem seemed to be the overall disorganization and how the dinner was handled, not their attitude. We were told it would be an all-you-can-eat buffet, but instead one small dish was brought out for four people to share. We couldn't serve ourselves or get proper seconds, and the food didn't match what had been advertised or said to be included. Portions felt rationed, and the meal wasn't the wide, varied, unlimited selection we'd paid for. Dinner was supposed to start at 8:00 PM, but the first course didn't arrive until about 10:30 PM. The meat course came around 11:20 PM, practically midnight. We kept having to complain just to get served, and each dish was extremely late. For a New Year's Eve dinner, that kind of wait was unacceptable, and the food didn't make up for either the delay or the price. We bought drinks separately, which would have been fine if that was clearly stated. But despite all the delays, the difference between what was promised and what we got, and our complaints, there was no discount, compensation, or real effort to make things right. The owner was there, and her table received full individual meals before anyone else while the rest of us waited for hours. It felt like unequal treatment and made an already awful evening worse. The price didn't match the experience, the buffet wasn't a buffet, the portions were too small to share, the dishes didn't match their descriptions, and nothing was offered to make up for it. I wouldn't recommend this for a special occasion.

Liberty International called me saying I'd won a prize through Terpel gas station coupons and told me to come here. It was a complete scam. They ask for your credit card to sign you up, and this place is where the people Liberty International contacts are brought together. There were lots of people there, all humble folks, and I hope none of them fell for it. It's shameful that this establishment lets a dishonest company use its facilities to gather potential victims.

The view from inside the suites was simply wonderful, and I loved the facilities. The food, though, left a lot to be desired.
