The room was roomy, the pool was nice, and the beach is a short walk away. There are two locations, and the one nearer the center of the malecón is better. But they keep changing the names, so it's easy to be unsure which one you're booking. Breakfast is included, though what they serve really shouldn't be called hotel breakfast. Most hotels in Salinas could do a much better job preparing and presenting breakfast. You're usually better off going to small red near the hotel.

The service I got was shockingly poor. The manager was incredibly rude, and honestly, I think the whole staff needs retraining. Terrible hotel.

My room had an ocean view and was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly. The included breakfast is a nice extra. Everything is walkable, and there's plenty of parking on the next block. This is very good value for the area, and I'd definitely stay again.
