The location is good and the place is quiet. I wasn't happy with the service, though. They were a bit rude and asked a lot of uncomfortable questions about visitors. Then I was charged an extra fee that hadn't been mentioned at the start.

The staff were wonderful and always ready to help, and the place is clean for the price. Having private parking is a real plus, and the location is hard to beat, right on the main street and two blocks from the mall. The humidity has clearly worn down the facilities, and parts of the place are starting to fall apart.

The staff are kind, the place is clean, and plenty of other spots are an easy walk away.

Breakfast in Santo Domingo was the best!

Tourists, I'd avoid booking here. I had to find a different hotel because the rooms were loud and unclean, the customer service was nonexistent, and the area felt unsafe. The service was the worst I've experienced.
