Even after the room was made up, it still wasn’t clean. It needs some work, like repainting and pest control. The smell wasn’t acceptable either.

Breakfast was pretty good, and the hot showers had plenty of pressure. The rooms were clean and the service was great.

The hotel feels like it belongs to another era, and the official photos don’t show its real condition. Still, it was very clean, the bedding was adequate, and the service was very good for me. A friendly security guard handled reception, luggage, and giving directions. The pool is kept up well and looks beautiful in the evening with the lights. My first room, right by the street, was extremely noisy, but they had no problem moving me to a quieter one. It must have been magnificent 25 years ago. It’s outdated now, though a coat of paint and tightening a few screws would go a long way. Since it’s on a busy street, I’d choose a room near the pool for more quiet.
