The staff were great, the rooms super clean, and breakfast was amazing. It's close to everything too. I fell in love with this place.

Being close to everything is such a plus, and the WiFi was good. It's clean, friendly, family oriented, and breakfast is included. BEST PLACE TO STAY AT IN CUENCA!!

The breakfast is delicious and included in the stay. The service was excellent, and the historic building in Cuenca is really cool. I'd highly recommend it if you're visiting.

The Almuerzo (Lunch Menu) was delicious 😋 and cheap, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The cleaning staff were friendly and polite, and the morning team welcomed us warmly. The night receptionist, though, was in a bad mood both days, didn't greet us, and came across as unfriendly. That was my main complaint, and my partner and I even thought about moving to another hotel the next day because of that attitude. I chose this hotel because of its good service reviews, but our room was small and noisy whenever people arrived in the next room, making it hard to sleep. Better soundproofing and better service on the night shift would make a big difference to the guest experience.
