A comfortable spot for an overnight layover, with beds that made for a good rest. It’s near the airport, and they can arrange a taxi pickup to and from there.

There was only lukewarm to cold water from the shower, even after ten minutes, and the bathroom was dirty. The room wasn’t clean either. The duvet had large yellow, dirty-looking spots.

The property was clean and comfortable, and it’s a good value if you want to be near the airport. Getting there cost us $10 by taxi, and there were plenty of taxis at the airport. It’s in a residential neighborhood, so a rooster or two may wake you in the morning. The owner was accommodating, but contact him ahead of time if your flight arrives late. We hadn’t, and the property seemed closed when we got there. After we rang the main house bell for a few minutes, our taxi driver realized the hotel was behind that building. Once we figured that out, everything went smoothly.

We had a comfortable room that was modern, clean, and a good size, with a new bathroom that worked perfectly. Breakfast was included and good, served in a nice room with big windows looking out over the valley. You can order food from nearby restaurants to be delivered, including pizza or local dishes. There were lovely hummingbirds in the garden. It’s a well-run, family-style hotel about 10 minutes from Quito airport. They can arrange a transfer for $7. Good value, and I’d recommend it for a short break between connecting flights.
