It felt safe and was very convenient for the airport, so I’d recommend it. The breakfast was delicious and included. There aren’t any shops or restaurants nearby, but the host kindly offered us wine and cheese, which we paid $20 for. The owner also drove us into town for $20 one way, and the trip takes about 40 minutes. This gorgeous hacienda is about 10 minutes from Quito airport, with friendly owners and comfortable service for a layover. A taxi from the airport costs $10. Our room was a bit dark, and we had a “suite.” One window faced the courtyard where taxis dropped off new arrivals at night, and the thin walls meant we could hear the baby crying next door. Still, we slept well.

A comfortable place to rest in the countryside before another flight, around 10 minutes from the airport. Breakfast is included and filling, and there’s cable TV in the rooms. The property also has a pool. Quito is about 40 minutes away if you want to go out there. The service was very friendly, and the staff were kind and helpful.

It’s a wonderful option for an early flight from Quito the next day or a weekend away from the city. I’d absolutely recommend it and would stay again!

The people running the place were really lovely, and I’m looking forward to staying again when I’m back in Quito. I stayed the night before my flight, and the bed was comfortable, the wifi worked, and breakfast was filling. They provide transportation to and from the airport.
