We had to ask several times to have the water turned on. We’d go out for dinner and come back to find the water off and someone had been in our room. Miguel seems nice, but it feels like an act.

Just behind the Vilcabamba bus terminal, so it’s in a really convenient spot. Great price, cozy and clean, and the owners are very nice. Recommended.

I stayed because I arrived around midnight and didn’t know the place. It’s moderately priced, but with Vilcabamba being such a touristy parish, many things need improvement. Getting into the small parking lot is difficult because of all the metal and wood at the entrance. The rooms are neglected and poorly maintained, the bathroom was dirty with soap residue, and the humidity brings in lots of insects. I think the relevant authorities should monitor the condition of these businesses, since they reflect on our country. I don’t recommend staying here.

The rooms are spacious, and the hotel is clean and very large. It’s perfectly located right next to the terminal. The manager is very friendly and helpful.

The owners are very nice, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Prices are convenient, and they have internet. Only one room was missing hot water.
