We came from Finland as a small group to celebrate my mother-in-law’s anniversary, and the place was a lovely surprise. Our family room in the shared house had its own shower, toilet, and fridge. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen had what we needed for cooking and making coffee, plus there was a high chair. There’s lots for children: a big outdoor play area, a huge trampoline, little bikes, and board games inside. Guests can also borrow umbrellas. The hosts were friendly, and the location was handy, with a shop nearby where the salespeople were wonderfully funny. We even got a cabbage-and-sauce hamburger like in the good old days for 4.90. Great value, too. We’ll definitely come back. ❤️

We came with two families, each with two children, and brought a boat for water activities. The grounds made it easy for everyone to unwind: there are several places to sit, a great playground, and cozy spots for adults with barbecue areas and the things you need, including umbrellas, blankets, and picnic baskets. Svetlana, her husband, and their family created such a warm atmosphere. As Sveta says, her aim is for guests to relax, and she puts a lot of care and commitment into making that happen. We really did relax. The service felt thoughtful and flexible, with a personal approach to every family and guest. The rooms were clean and cozy, with lovely linens and towels. I was especially touched to find a musical toy in the special bed for children. The modern kitchen was well equipped with appliances, dishes, and accessories, and several families could cook and eat at once. It’s a welcoming, safe place by Lake Peipus, and we’ll be back again and again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. 🙏

The spot is excellent, 100 meters from Lake Peipsi beach and right by a pine forest. The family are kind and friendly, but the rest feels like the 80s. They don’t seem to notice what needs updating.

There’s no curfew, which is nice, and parents can relax while the kids find plenty to do. Even when it rains, there’s a lot to keep them busy on the terrace. The place is right by the lake, with a clean beach, atmospheric gazebos in the evening, and a good shared kitchen.

We rented two rooms for a winter stay and found it quiet and relaxing, with fishing nearby. The host was so hospitable, and we’re especially grateful for that. The kitchen is shared and has everything you need except the groceries. The sauna is available for an extra charge, and the lake is just a couple of minutes away on foot. I imagine it’d be a great summer getaway, too.
