Good.

The view out the window could be sold for a premium, and the place itself is simply chic. The building and room were comfortable, and the room was well equipped. The realtor's service was good, and the linens were clean. Cleaning was unobtrusive. The tableware was pretty modest, with a few pieces that seemed like antiques. The refrigerator was so small it felt like a joke to hungry Russian tourists.
We were two adults and four kids, and the location near the old town worked well. The kids could use the sauna since it wasn't too hot, and there were lots of TV channels, including Russian cartoons. There was even a toy box and markers. Parking is the catch: cars over 2.1 won't fit in. Parking under the building costs 10€ a day. On our last day, we spotted street parking not far away for 0.20 cents per hour.
We slept well for all three nights thanks to the air conditioning, and the city noise didn't bother us despite the very central location. The hotel was clean and quiet, and our apartment had a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and even a washing machine. We parked in the garage for 10€/night. I can definitely recommend it.
We rented a studio for two weekends and had a wonderful view of the port from the fourth floor. It was also very conveniently placed for shopping and local attractions.
