From the harbor, the view was pleasant, and the rooms were clean, though they’re beginning to show wear. Breakfast had a decent range and was served until 11:00. The staff seemed downcast and not very attentive to hotel guests. The location is handy for the ferry to Helsinki, just a few minutes away, and for several very good restaurants. The main gate to the old town is about a 10-minute walk through Rotermanni Kvartal.

I’ve stayed here twice now and have been very happy with the service each time. The room is spacious, the bed really comfortable, and the view was lovely. Breakfast is amazing, with loads to choose from: fish and smoked fish, ham, cheese, fruit, vegetables, potatoes, eggs, and a sweets corner. Thank you!

The hotel is close to the ferry terminal for Helsinki, with large rooms and a very good breakfast. Service was good too. Getting to the center is easy on foot or by Bolt, which is very cheap compared with other EU countries. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Check-in was quick, and the hotel is well placed by the harbor. The room sofa, though, was completely worn out and literally painful to sit on. Breakfast was disappointing. Several items had run out, and they cleared everything away before breakfast hours were over.

Hestia Hotel Europa is my favorite place to stay in Tallinn by far. You can walk to both the harbor and the city center. The rooms are very clean, the staff are helpful and friendly, and I love the breakfast.
