Nunne Boutique Hotel

The spa and sauna were a lovely way to unwind after exploring Tallinn in the snow. Breakfast was plentiful, served in a peaceful restaurant, and the service staff were exceptional. Our clean, spacious room had a lovely view of the medieval city wall. The reception team were lovely and helpful, even booking us a restaurant at the last minute. They also sent back a necklace my daughter had left in her room. We travelled to see the beautiful old town and found Nunne Boutique Hotel perfectly located. It's one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. 10 STARS, I'd highly recommend this gorgeous hotel.

That sauna alone makes the stay stand out, pristine, relaxing, and beautifully designed. The rooms are quiet and elegant, and the service felt warm and professional. Everything seemed thoughtfully put together. Nunna Boutique Hotel is an intimate, stylish gem in the heart of the Old Town, with a real sense of luxury. I found the spa a great way to recharge after a long day on Tallinn's cobblestone streets. The team were warm, attentive, and ready to help throughout my stay. Nunne Boutique Hotel is right by the major Old Town sights, so the medieval streets are just minutes away, and the tram is a short walk if you want to explore farther. Charming, convenient, and relaxing. Highly recommended.

The biggest disappointment was our degustation dinner at Ame. The restaurant was accommodating about our children's à la carte meals, but there was a mix-up with their order. We knew what they liked and pointed out the problem when the dish arrived, which they didn't touch. Still, the waiter insisted we were responsible for it. With no manager around, we paid and left frustrated and disappointed. It was a real contrast with the hospitality we'd appreciated elsewhere at a hotel of this calibre. The family room was spacious, with four single beds, comfortable mattresses, and a lovely view. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food. We also liked the two saunas, steam room, and dipping pool, but watch out for slippery floors. The rest of the staff, including reception, were attentive and helpful throughout. Thank you.
