Park Inn by Radisson Central Tallinn Hotel

Getting to the hotel by car was confusing, as you enter a parking lot between two buildings. The rooms were simple, somewhat dated, and had very small bathrooms. There was no iron in the room, and the TV remote was missing. Breakfast had plenty of choices, but there isn't a restaurant on site serving dinner.

I was comfortable during my vacation stay at the Park Inn, and the room and building were both impressively designed. Still, what happened on December 6th, 2025, is what made this five-star review matter to me. Around 4:30 p.m., I had an unexpected medical emergency and made it down to the lobby to ask for an ambulance. The staff arranged one right away. I had to leave quickly, so all my belongings were still in room 451. While I was in the hospital, the staff carefully packed my things and delivered them to me, along with my book and a thoughtful note. I was alone in a country I'd never been to, and that gesture meant everything. The people at the Park Inn showed so much warmth and kindness. When I come back to Tallinn next winter, I'll make sure to thank them in person. Until then, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone on the Park Inn staff!

I had a lovely weekend here in November, and the location was great. There's a huge main street right outside, trams stop nearby, and a shopping center is close. The Old Town and harbor are about a ten-minute walk away. Tornimäe station is less than ten minutes on foot, and bus number 2 to the airport leaves from there, a cheap way to get there. My room was spacious and modern, with English TV channels, hangers, and tea and coffee. The bathroom was fresh and modern too, and the shower had good pressure. There was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but no body lotion. Two elevators meant there was rarely much waiting. The welcoming lobby has a machine for drinks and snacks, as well as a bar with a bartender. I didn't try the gym. I'll stay here again on my next trip to Tallinn.

The location was good, and the service was okay, though not especially welcoming. The room was large, but a long walk from the lift lobby. It felt very old and had a strange stale smell, as if it hadn't been aired in a long time. The bathroom fittings were old too.
