I've had the friendliest hotel service I've experienced in Estonia so far. At check-in I got a very warm welcome, and whenever I went to reception with a question or concern, I was met with a smile and polite, helpful service. As a Radisson Rewards member, I also received some lovely perks. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was generally great, though I sent in some notes and recommendations as feedback. There's a nice little spa on the 26th floor, with a sauna, pool, and great views of Tallinn Old Town.

The room upgrade was a lovely surprise, and Marija A. at reception made my first trip to Tallinn feel special from the start. She was kind, attentive, and welcoming, and I felt at ease in a new city. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but the service was what I’ll remember most. I had a wonderful stay and would happily return to Radisson Blu Hotel Olümpia Tallinn or recommend it to others.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and our Junior Suite was spacious, clean, and had a nice city view. Having a sauna in the room was a fun perk for two, especially if you like privacy, though the SPA zone has a sauna too. We couldn’t figure out how to switch on all the lights, so the lighting felt a bit odd.

The staff were the highlight for me, really accommodating and providing excellent service. The lobby was a nice place to relax, and our room was spacious with a comfortable bed. My only complaint is that it felt a little chilly in the room during the cold winter. I’m from Sweden, so I’m not usually the first to complain about the cold.

The breakfast was excellent, and the 26th-floor spa was a real highlight, especially the sauna, pool, and gym. We also loved the amazing views over the old town. One thing to plan for: standard rooms only include morning access to the spa, sauna, and gym, so you’ll need an upgrade to use them throughout the day. Parking costs extra. We had a great stay and would gladly come back.
