From the window we could see the main downtown square, with the Town Hall right in front. Our two-bedroom apartment had two separate bathrooms, one with a sauna. The furniture was pretty worn, but still comfortable and functional. For the price, I can’t imagine finding a better deal in Estonia.

We stayed right on the square, with plenty of places nearby to eat and drink. Talin was very cold during our visit, though I imagine it would be great in summer. Give it a try!
