The simple self check-in was really convenient, and our studio was clean, quiet, and comfortable for a short visit. A few things made it harder to settle in: the frying pan didn’t work with the cooking hob, there was no microwave, and the beds hadn’t been pushed together as I’d requested in advance. Even with those issues, the place worked well for a quick stay.

I’ve booked this place for my mother several times, and she’s been very happy with the quality, cleanliness, and location. The first time, following the check-in instructions was a bit tricky for her since she hadn’t done it before. Now she actually prefers self check-in. I’ll book again.

The room was warm and suited us for a two-night stay. I liked the self check-in, though I wish Netflix had been usable. Soundproofing wasn’t great either, and I could hear people having sex next door.

My wife was due to check in around 11 p.m., but nobody was there to let her in. Nobody answered the phone, texts, or emails, even though the website says the property is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Being stranded with luggage in the middle of the night in what turned out to be a seedy area was awful. This isn’t a hotel, but a managed apartment. Later, the property said it had sent instructions to the booking agency, but we never received them. Terrible experience. Avoid this place!

Surprisingly quiet, and a really nice place. I’d rent it again.
