You can leave your bags in lockers if you have an early or late check-in or check-out. The stay was clean and well cared for, and the location was so convenient, right in the old town. It felt secure, with an extra gate before the apartment area. Just be aware there’s no lift.

We woke up after the first night and found the bed full of bedbugs. Maybe we were just unlucky, since the other reviews were all positive, but it was a really unpleasant surprise. They did sort it out quickly and offered us a room at another hotel nearby.

That long day of walking around town made the comfortable bed especially welcome. We spent 10 nights at Tallinn city apartments, in a beautiful, modern apartment with comfortable furniture and appliances. The historic building felt very secure and sits right in the center. Staff were friendly and quick to help us sort out the television. Tallinn was a memorable trip, and we'd happily stay there again. Thanks from Geoff and Erika.

The heating wasn't working, but they brought us an electric heater straight away. The apartment itself was spacious and spotless, with a nice kitchen, appliances, and a washing machine. We'd come back.

We were happy with our stay, and getting in and checking out were both easy. The owners and hosts were friendly and got back to us promptly. We stayed two nights in January 2020, and the location made it easy to walk everywhere. The room was clean and comfortable, though the bathroom was a little small. It got so hot that a few times we opened the windows to let in the freezing air and cool it down.
