City Inn Apartments

We stayed in a spacious, clean two-room apartment that comfortably fit four people. The staff were welcoming, and they even found and kept the present I left behind until I could get it back. Thanks! I’d happily recommend the place.

We couldn’t get any rest during our two-night stay. The floor panels were so thin that every step from the neighbours could be heard and felt, and two different companies held parties. The administration only suggested calling the police. There were four of us, two adults and two children, but we were given towels and other supplies for just two people. The internet was extremely slow, and there was no hotel parking, so we had to search the nearby streets. The building was being renovated, which made for a very unromantic view.

For the price, this is a very good deal in central Tartu. We stayed in apartment 46, which seemed recently renovated and was very clean. It had all the necessary amenities, and everything worked.

The location was very good and breakfast was decent, but there were some cleanliness and maintenance problems. The toilet ventilation outlet was really dusty, the tableware was broken, and there was black mold on the shower floor.
