8/10
The breakfast was generous, and the internet worked well. There’s private parking, too, and it’s about a ten-minute walk to the centre. It’s a good option for a night or two if you want somewhere cheap, clean, and straightforward. The bed was very comfortable, and the place was spotless, though being in a rehabilitation centre building gives it a hospital-like feel. Don’t let that put you off, they’re doing good work helping people. It’s a very simple place, with no fuss or unnecessary extras, and the night cost under ten euros.

Traffic on the noisy road outside the window starts at 7 a.m. I was alone in the room, and noticed a particular smell when I first went in. I got used to it after a while.

Tartu was interesting, especially the Struve Geodetic Arc. The place itself is a good idea and very good for the price.
