The rooms were large, very clean, and had great A/C, and the food was excellent. This was flawless and well above our expectations. It's the closest hotel to the Abu Simbel temples, and they gave us complimentary Son et Lumiere tickets and a free ride there in a very smart, giant electric golf cart.

The smiling, helpful staff and luxurious details made it easy to feel welcome and comfortable. It's also conveniently located within walking distance of the temples. A true gem, and I strongly recommend it.

The staff were helpful, the tile floors were nice, and there was hot, hot water in the shower. The restaurant had fabulous buffets, and there are two pools, including an infinity pool. Beautiful and quiet, right next to Abu Simbel temples. Ask when they spray outdoors for bugs.

The location is convenient, just a five-minute walk to the temple, and I'd definitely stay here again. My room was clean and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it relaxing. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, which made the stay even better. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The staff were wonderful, and the hotel was new and super clean. We were welcomed by the manager, Aml, who kindly let us check in early. Asma from guest relations was courteous, professional, and extremely accommodating, making sure we had what we needed throughout our stay. Retac Abu Simbel is only a five-minute walk from the temples, and they also offer free golf cart service. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting this amazing destination!
