Al Masa Hotel El Sokhna

The rooms, pool, beach, and other facilities are good, and the hotel is new, clean, and in a great location. There’s potential here, but management and service need to improve for it to meet a true 5-star standard. Staff seemed limited, especially at the outdoor restaurant and cafe, and management could be more attentive. The water heater wouldn’t work without help from a technician, who used paper instead of an electricity key card. Guests weren’t told about this in advance, which was inconvenient. The evening entertainment area is also too close to the rooms and caused noise disturbance.

The animation team brought lots of energy to the activities and kept guests of all ages entertained. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the service was excellent. I felt comfortable and well looked after the whole time, and the atmosphere was great. I had an amazing stay and highly recommend it for a vacation.

After three nights here, I’d say it works well for a family looking to relax, but there’s not much to do beyond the pool. By around 8 pm, things get extremely quiet. The rooms are nice and clean, while the food can be repetitive and mediocre, below average at times. It’s a good stay overall, though quite overpriced compared with better locations in Egypt.

The private sandy beach, pools, and atmosphere make this a relaxing getaway close to Cairo. The hotel is clean, well organized, and beautifully designed. I felt well taken care of from the start, thanks to the friendly, welcoming staff who were always ready to help. There was great variety in the food, and it was fresh, well prepared, and excellent. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely visit again. Highly recommended.
